> The other day, I posted the progress of my beaded Blue Jay on my Facebook page. Since my Blue Jay was hungry, I dug through my bead stash and found him some seeds! Most of these beads are recycled beads - or beads I had collected from antique stores & old broken jewelry pieces, etc... I stitched them one by one to a piece of felt. Then, I stitched the beadwork to a piece of wire screen & wired my Blue Jay to the front! The bird is backed with bright blue Ultrasuede & signed by me. :) Here's a quick pic:
