I devoted all of yesterday to finishing my Divas. First, I painted the 9" x 12" stretched canvas. Then I glued the canvas city onto the main canvas. And, last, I stitched on the fabric & beadwork. You can read a description of this bead-embroidered piece in my portfolio. Also, I just checked the archives of my blog, and realized that I began this piece on July 23, exactly 2 months ago. That seems to be the average time frame that it takes me to complete a piece of this caliber.

I'm going to try to get this piece published somewhere, and I'd like to enter it in a contest or show in the coming year.
