Last night, I was hangin' out with some friends, and we spent the entire night listening to cheesy music from the 1980's. Of course, ZZ Top was on the playlist, although I don't consider them cheesy. I'll admit they're funny, but they actually had some good songs. Not only that, but they also had the coolest hot rod in their music videos - a 1933 Ford Coupe that had suicide doors called The Eliminator=:)

ZZ Top (a.k.a. that 'little ol' band from Texas') consists of only 3 members: guitarist Billy Gibbons, bassist/vocalist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard. Their first album was released in 1971, but they're probably most remembered for their 1983 Eliminator album, which contained hits like "Gimme All Your Lovin'", "Sharp Dressed Man", and "Legs". You might also remember how they spun their guitars around while they played=:)

ZZ Top was finally inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, and they're still together today.
