I've been busy working the past couple of days, but that didn't stop me from finishing the first layer of beads on Eliza...hmmmm...which dog shall I work on next??

I know that a lot of you have been reading my blog everyday, and I thank you immensely. But, I want to know who you are. According to Stew, "Sheepie people stick together". That got me thinking that maybe some of you who read my blog own a sheepdog, or know someone who does. It doesn't have to be an Old English Sheepdog, either. A sheepdog is any domestic dog whose original purpose was to herd sheep. These dogs are herding dogs. Some common breeds are: Smooth Collie, Border Collie, German Shepherd, Sheltie, Corgi, Kelpie, and Koolie. For a list of more breeds, click HERE.

While I work on this piece, I thought it would be fun to post the 'Sheepdog of the Day'. Please send me a recent photo of your sheep dog. If you don't own a sheepdog, but know someone who does, please email them this post (by clicking on the little envelope below). Please email your photo HERE (one photo per person, please).
