I finally started beading my green graffitied wall. This 'wall' is inspired by a real graffitied shipping crate that is located on Brick Lane in London, England. Look at all the different beads I'm using! So far, I'm using cubes, triangles, bugles, and metal beads, and I haven't even gotten to the seed beads yet. I think this portion of my piece will be fun to bead, and when I finally finish, it will be a graffitied wall with texture:)

To celebrate the start of something new, I invite you to stop by this year's Brick Lane Music Festival. This summer festival takes place on Brick Lane in London this Sunday, Sept. 9. It is free to attend, and there will be rockin' bands playin' in the clubs all day long. You'll also be able to check out some African drummers, painting, sculpture, photography, short films, animators, street artists, and the original Banksy pink car. It's going to be a lot of fun but if you can't go, you'll still be able to experience a preview right here on my blog all weekend long:)

See you there:)
