Today, I will be busy working on a made-to-order Yorkshire Terrier pin, but before I do that, I wanted to show you the recent progress of the beaded portrait I am working on. As you can see, I have filled in some reds, blues, and greens around the edges of the face. It is finally beginning to look more complete, but I still have more beading to do... I really like how the face is starting to evolve into something that looks human. I think that using felt instead of Lacy's Stiff Stuff is what allows this to happen. And, I'm still using the same bent beading needle. Amazed it hasn't broken yet! That's the update for now... Back to beading! :D
