This afternoon, I was inspired to take a ride down to Scituate, MA to go to my favourite bead shop, Beaucoup Beads. The last time I went there, which was over a month ago, I was with a friend and her teenage son, Bryan. Bryan is interested in my beadwork, so I showed him the June issue of Bead & Button Magazine while we were there. Bryan enjoyed seeing The Divas published in that issue, and after we left the store, he asked "Do they know who you are, and that you're famous?" LOL. I said "No, I prefer to remain anonymous..." :)

Anyways, here's a look at what I picked up today - some new green seed beads, and some reddish cubes. And, here's how the conversation at the cash register went:

Woman (as she picked up the cubes): I hope you're making something good with these...

Me: I am. I'm going to bead a brick building with them.

Woman (laughing & looking at me in disbelief): Well, at least you'll have a good time doing it... :0

Yes, I will... but first, I need to finish beading my wall... :)
