Custom Beaded Pug Love

Dear friends, Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I hope you are doing well and staying healthy. I am so excited to share with you my most recent custom order - a beaded Pug pin! This one was inspired by a photo of a dog named Juno. It can also be worn as a pendant. For more details, watch the Youtube video.
I created this Pug by stitching tiny Japanese size 15 glass seed beads to felt using needle and thread. I layered the beadwork to make her nose and eyebrows stand out, and the ears were woven using a freeform peyote-stitch technique. You can view a photo of the real dog HERE. I also listed a new beaded Champagne Poodle pin on Etsy. I love making these Poodles as they look great in any color. I am working on a couple more of these Poodles at the moment. Please follow my Instagram for updates!
