A lot of art stuff has been happening! The latest news is that 3 of my largest beaded artworks have been juried into the Contemporary Beadwork II exhibition at 18 Hands Gallery in Houston, TX! This show is a national juried exhibition that will run from July 10 - July 31, 2010.
Time Traveler Trilogy
Juried by international instructor and seed bead innovator, Jeannette Cook, this exhibition will feature original beaded art pieces, not limited to jewelry. Two of my bead paintings, Gasoline District and Time Traveler Trilogy have been selected, as well as my beaded military tank, Imminence of War. All works will be available for sale. :D

18 Hands Gallery is Houston’s premier ceramic arts gallery located in the Historic Heights District in Houston, Texas. They offer monthly exhibitions (First Saturday Openings), feature shows by well-known or emerging guest artists, as well as ceramic artists' lectures and workshops.
