Even though I worked late last nite, I set my alarm so that I'd get up early and work on my piece. I didn't have a lot of time, but using a piece of canvas paper, I cut out another Atlanta skyline. I'm also going to make cut-outs of some of the more predominant buildings. My plan is to layer the buildings onto this first cutout, then paint them. My goal is to make the city slightly stand out of the canvas. After I paint, I'll glue the cut-out onto my main canvas. This is all very experimental for me...I'm kind of excited to see how this piece turns out...
