Beaded Royal Shih Tzu Portrait

I am having fun creating mini beaded dog portraits, and here is my latest: a beaded Shih Tzu!

This little bead-embroidered dog is surrounded in a bed of green beaded grass, and was sewn to a royal purple Ultrasuede backing. Beadwork measures approx. 5.5cm x 8cm and it is framed in an 8x8" black shadowbox frame.
