>Beaded DeLorean in Space
>
Thanks for all the comments on my last post! Yesterday, I actually did a little more painting, and today, I finally stitched my antique clock parts to my canvas. My beaded DeLorean time machine is not stitched to this painting yet because I'm not sure I'm finished. But, these photos should give you an idea of how it should look:

Beaded Back to the Future DeLorean time machine.
Bead embroidery on 16" x 20" painting. Part 2 of 3.
As you can see, Einstein's beaded time machine is actually traveling through the black hole toward the viewer, and it will stand about 3" from the canvas!

I think it's pretty clear that I was inspired by yesterday's astronaut story. Perhaps this was what it looked like after Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper lost her bag of tools during a spacewalk:

Like the lost tools, these time pieces of the past have now entered the Earth's orbit as space debris. What effect do you think this will have on our planet during the present time? :o
