Yesterday, I added a windshield to my dad's '78 Datsun King Cab pick-up truck. I cut a piece of medium-weight clear vinyl, and stitched it onto the felt. Then, I stitched black seed beads all the way around the window. I also added one row of peyote stitch. I was thinking that maybe I should add another row, but then I thought it would be too much black. So, for now, I'll leave it the way it is. As I said before, this piece is very experimental for me, and I'm learning as I go along:)

Next, I need to figure out how to add windshield wipers.

One step at a time...
